Welcome to the Pine Ridge North Village IV Website!
Pine Ridge North Village IV is an active 55 and over community in Greenacres, Florida. Our amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard and bocce courts. There are 2 large beautiful lakes in the community, one of which is surrounded by a paved walking path. Ten charcoal grills are located throughout the community with table and bench seating for everyone’s enjoyment.
Many of our residents stay active with many of the activities which include poker night, weekly mah jong games, morning exercise groups, women’s bocce, men’s bocce and mixed bocce games. In Season, there are Saturday luncheons cooked by our very own residents where you can buy a hamburger, hot dog or have a “special of the day” for minimal fee while enjoying the comradery of friends and neighbors.
The Social Committee is active with monthly activities such as a Superbowl party, specialty dinners, weekly bowling team and much, much more.
